What is return and refund policy?

• A general rule is that flowers will last a week to 10 days depending upon the flower varieties and plants will last a minimum of two weeks. If cared for properly, some plant varieties can last for years.

• All fig cuttings are cut the day before shipping. If for some reason you do not want them, please ship them back to them within 3 days of receipt. They do not provide return labels.  Once received, they will refund the full product price. Shipping charges can only be refunded if there is damage caused by shipping.

• Refunds for products purchased in their showroom will be honored by bringing in the product. If a refund is requested on a product that was delivered, the delivery service may require that the product be picked up.

• If the product is shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS, they can only refund shipping charges if the delivery arrives later than the guaranteed arrival date/time or the product is damaged.  

Do they deliver on Sundays?

Yes! They are open and delivering in our local area 7 days a week, 365 a year. On orders being sent outside of their local delivery area, they will do their best to get your item delivered on Sunday. Some smaller towns however, may not have a delivery service available to deliver. In this case, your order will be delivered on the first available trip the next day they open.

What about gift baskets that are shipped directly?

They use Fedex to ship within the US and USPS for all orders going outside of the country and to APO addresses. Tracking numbers are emailed to you. If shipping via USPS, they do not guarantee their delivery dates. Your order is shipped in a timely manner so it will arrive as close as possible if not on the requested delivery date.

Can I specify a delivery time?

You can absolutely make a request in the special instructions field during check-out. They will make every effort to meet your request, however they cannot guarantee time delivery requests. Drivers may only be in certain areas at certain times of the day. If there are no other options, please contact them and they can arrange for a special delivery to ensure your order is delivered exactly when you want it.

Will the product look exactly like the picture?

Many of the products on their site are their own unique designs. This means they may not be available for delivery to all areas. They make all orders as close as possible to the picture. If a certain flower variety or container is out of stock, they will substitute with something similar. All orders are always filled to value and made as close as possible to the requested item. If there is any problem, they will contact you.
