When will I get my order?

• As soon as possible! They work hard so you can have quality glasses at the earliest possible date. 

• Once you’ve submitted your order with your prescription, pupillary distance, and full payment, they’ll get started on manufacturing your glasses. 

• They will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped however you can also track the order by logging into your JEANS.COM account.

Does Jeans.com offer international shipping?

• Yes, they offer international shipping with DHL, costs are calculated by DHL.

• International shipments (outside Canada and continental US) are subject to our standard return policy.

When will I get my refund?
