For every 100 points you earn on the Pleasure Rewards Program you are eligible to redeem them for a $5 Reward to use on your next purchase. Once you redeem your points for a reward, points are deducted from your account and your reward will expire in one year. Please find more here.

Most items must be tagged, in original their unopened/untampered packaging in order to be eligible for return. Their return period is 30 days from the date of delivery.
