How does my order be processed?

• All orders will be processed within 3 business days, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted. 

• Domestic ground shipping can take up to 5 days or 1 week. If you wish to get the order faster, please select next day, 2nd day or 3-day shipping. 

• Note, that if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed (even with next day shipping) on Monday during their business hours.

• Their business hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm EST.

Does Hatattack offer international shipping?

• Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price and will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. 

• They will email you after the order is placed with specific details and additional payment may be needed to proceed. Email orders@hatattack.com with questions. 

What can I do if my hat is damafed?

• Hats (especially blocked felts and panamas) are fragile garments. Please handle them with care, and avoid water (yes even at the beach!). 

• They are not waterproof, but rather the opposite, made of natural materials that will not hold shape in the water. 

• Hat Attack is not responsible for damages such as water or cracked hats from wear. However if your hat arrives damaged or your box does not arrive in perfect condition, please reach out to them at orders@hatattack.com.

What is the return policy?

• For returns, all claims must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please  initiate a return through their easy returns system. 

• The customer is responsible for the cost of a return, $10 is the shipping fee. Please save original packaging to make your return easier. 

• They are happy to create a return label for you, and deduct the cost from your return to make it more simple for you. 

• They are a small, family run business, and cannot absorb the cost of both free outgoing and incoming freight. Thank you for understanding.
