What if I not satisfied with my order?

They want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return items sold on uniqknits.com and ship to a US address within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that final sales are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. All sales items are final sales. However, if the desired size is still available, they offer a free size exchange, with return postage paid by their customers.

Can Canadian orders be returned?

Sorry, Canadian orders are currently not eligible for returns due to logistical reasons.

What conditions do returned items need to meet?

All returns must be in the original packaging, including original documentation and using the special return label included in the packaging. This return label is not prepaid. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once they have received and processed the returned item, they will email you to notify you of the refund. You can get a refund within 14 business days after they receive your return with the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase. Fiberheat.com does not refund shipping charges.

Can I modify my order?

In order to ship as quickly as possible, unfortunately they cannot modify or cancel your order after you have placed it. This also includes changes to shipping addresses and shipping methods. They are working hard to improve their system and make it more flexible.

How are they shipped?

Their standard shipping method is a USPS First Class package with tracking. Expedited shipping options are available. They also ship to Canada via USPS and Canada Post. Any duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be requested upon delivery.
