What is their return policy?

If you are not satisfied with their product (all intact) and you insist on returning the item to them, they will refund you upon receipt of the product and ensure that it is in its original condition when they ship it to you. Returns will take approximately 5 business days after the shipment arrives. The exact length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, credit card company, etc.).


When will I receive a replacement?

Once the manufacturer confirms the problem, they will request a replacement for you as soon as possible. Please send to their customer service team at support@everzon.com. Sometimes when a replacement is not available, they will send your order first and send you the replacement with your next order.


Why doesn't my tracking number work?

They send shipping notices and tracking numbers as soon as the order leaves their warehouse. The tracking number may not show any results until the carrier has had a chance to do an initial scan of these packages. For DHL and UPS, this delay is usually 1-2 business days. For others, there may be a one-week delay.


Is it possible to change or cancel an order?

Yes! To change a color or cancel an order, please contact support@everzon.com. They can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Orders will not be able to be cancelled or refunded after shipment.


I received a defective product?

If your item is unfortunately damaged, to save you shipping costs, you do not need to send back these defects, please contact them via live chat or email (support@everzon.com) as soon as possible! However, the following information is required when requesting an exchange.

  • Order number/date.

  • Product name and quantity.

  • Serial number and warranty code (with pictures).

  • Defect description.

  • Defective video or pictures.
