What is their shipping policy?
USPS no longer ships their vape mail in the continental US. Orders may take approximately 8-30 business days depending on your location and holiday shipping delays. They are currently working to cover the continental U.S. states to which vape products are allowed to be shipped. Once the carrier has shipped or received your order, a tracking number will be sent to the email address on your order.
What if I not satisfied with my order?
Must be within 14 days or less of receipt of package. They only accept buyer re-exchanges for unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging. In other words, you must return the product as received. Without exception. Items exchanged with buyer's remorse will incur a 20% restocking fee. Eightvape.com does not reimburse shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. The customer is responsible for returns. Once received and processed, your exchange or credit will be issued.
