Are there discounts for resellers or repeat customers of eibabo?

• Published eibabo discounts are equally valid for all customers, whether consumers (private customers) or business customers. However, it is possible to establish special conditions for specific customers for the entire product range or for specific items or manufacturers. This is generally reviewed and granted after the first order and depends on the anticipated sales volume. • This option is very interesting for repeat customers who are very familiar with the eibabo store and regularly place orders, if these order values are below the limit values for granting discounts.

What shipping providers does eibabo work with?

• Items not requiring cargo shipment are exclusively sent via DHL. Within Germany, they generally ship goods requiring cargo shipment using the logistics company Dachser, and in exceptional cases within Germany they also ship goods using the logistics company Leupold. Within the EU, they exclusively deliver goods requiring cargo shipment using the logistics company Leupold.

• Cargo goods are bulky or particularly heavy items weighing more than 31.5 kg individually, or if these side dimensions are exceeded for an individual item or the entire delivery: 1.20 m x 0.60 m x 0.60 m. These dimensions are considered to be exceeded, for instance, if the packaging dimensions are 0.80 m x 0.65 m x 0.40 m or 1.22 m x 0.40 m x 0.30, that is, if at least two sides are longer than 0.60 m or one side is longer than 1.20 m.

What discounts are granted for large orders from eibabo?

• At eibabo, two discount systems are used: the percentage shopping cart discount, which is granted as a flat rate off the product value, generally between 1-6%, starting with product values of 1000 euros regardless of the contents of the shopping cart. 

• The second system is the voucher discount, which is reviewed specifically for one purchase at the request of the customer. To this end, they need precise information about the quantity of the item desired, item name, manufacturer, manufacturer order number. If a voucher is granted, then you will receive a voucher number that can be entered and applied to the shopping cart in the designated field. The discount or value will be directly displayed after it is applied to the shopping cart.
