What is their shipping policy?
The majority of their orders are sent via United States Postal Service which (depending on the service type) maintains an average delivery time frame of 2-3 days for most areas. Orders that were selected to be delivered using First Class shipping may take 5-7 days.

Do they offer insurance?
In an effort to keep your shipping cost's low, insurance coverage on packages is not included with their Domestic or International shipments.
However, insurance coverage for you package can be added to your order if you are concerned about package theft or the possibility of your package being lost.

What is their returns policy?
Unopened bottles of Digestinol may be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
It is for the safety and protection of their customers that Digestinol's return policy prevents us from accepting bottles of product that have been opened or otherwise tampered with and therefore, will not be accepted for a refund.
What do I do if there are Duplicate/Cancelled Orders & Order Errors?
If the error was made by them, they will absorb those fee's and refund the full amount to be refunded to the customer.
However, if the error was made by the customer those non-refundable fee's will be deducted from the customers refunded amount. If a customer places an order and decides to cancel the order, before the order is shipped, a refund can be made to the customer for the full amount of the order minus those merchant fee's.
