What is their return policy?

You can return any bike purchase for exchange or refund within 90 days. To be eligible, you must have a receipt for the item and the product must be in a new, unused/uninstalled condition. All original packaging and labels must be intact and included. Returns for ordinary wear or damage due to misuse or accident will not be accepted. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. If they are unable to refund the original payment method, your refund will be in the form of a store credit. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit card.

Do I have to pay for returns?

For returns within the US, Cycle Gear will offer the option to return your gear to them using a prepaid shipping label. If you choose to use this method, your account will be charged $7.99. While prepaid shipping labels tend to be less expensive than other options, if you do choose to send the item back by other means, they strongly recommend that you insure the package and use the provided tracking number and signature.

What is their shipping policy?

Orders of $49 or more ship to U.S. addresses, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, and are eligible for their free standard shipping offer. Offer excludes gift cards and certain oversized and hazardous items. All orders shipped to a bike gear store for in-store pickup are also eligible for free shipping. They use multiple shipping companies, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and OnTrac. Unless otherwise stated, orders under $49 will ship at the flat rate of $7.99.

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind, act fast! They turned around very quickly to process the order. An order can only be modified or cancelled if the order status is marked as "Order Received". Once the order status is "Order Processed", it cannot be cancelled or modified because the order has already been processed by their warehouse and is in queue waiting to be shipped.
