How to subscribe to them? Can I cancel?

Start by choosing your beef jerky plan. Receive shipments automatically every month until you cancel. Or a one-time prepaid subscription for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Arrange the shipment in advance and leave the rest to them. Future orders are delivered every 30 days from your initial shipment. You can cancel your jerky subscription at any time by logging into your account and clicking Cancel Subscription. Or you can unsubscribe by emailing support@craftjerkyco.com. For prepaid jerky memberships: If you decide to cancel in the middle of your subscription period, you will still get the remaining prepaid boxes. Your subscription will not renew again.

What is their shipping cost? Does it support international shipping?

Free shipping within the US. They only ship to the US and Canada.

Where do they start shipping and how soon?

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may not ship until the next business day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday to Sunday) will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on weekdays (Mon-Fri) will ship the same day unless you have selected a custom ship date. After placing your order, they will email you your tracking information. How do returns and refunds work?

Due to the current situation, they do not accept any returns of any food items, however, they want to make sure that you and your gift recipient are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, or you have received a damaged or incomplete product, please contact them for a refund or replacement. They must be notified of damaged or incomplete shipments within two weeks of receipt.
