What is their return policy?
They offer a 14-day unconditional money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it to them for a refund, provided the following conditions are met: you have received their garden and/or pods within the last 14 days, you have provided proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation of purchase), and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Gardens or pods purchased through a reseller, retail partner or other website are not eligible for a refund through them. Please review their return policy for more information.
Do I have to pay for the transportation of the returned goods?
It depends. They are able to bear the freight incurred due to warranty return or warranty replacement. If you want to return your item for any reason that is not covered by the warranty, you need to pay the shipping fee.
What if I need to replace the plant pods?
Please pay attention to the following points for replacing plant pods:
Only their smart gardens and accessories (original plant cups, original wicks, etc.) are required to grow plant pods.
If different varieties of plants can not germinate, they can change the number of plant pods, but not the variety.
They provide some pictures of your plants and smart garden settings.
Remember, all their products are designed for indoor use. If the garden is kept outdoors, they will not be able to replace the pods. They also do not replace plant pods.
What if I receive damaged or defective items?
All damaged packages must be reported to them within 5 working days of receipt. Do not discard any product or packaging until all shipping issues have been resolved.
