What is their shipping policy?

• Their current shipping options include U and overseas information. If you need customized transportation methods or special orders, please contact them and they will reply to you as soon as possible.

• Delivery estimates are based on US orders. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday (except holidays). FedEx delivery transit days do not include weekends or holidays. USPS priority delivery does not include holidays.

• They use USPS and FedEx for all online orders and checkout through their shopping cart. The price has been discounted. For U.S. P.O. boxes and apo addresses, FedEx requires a physical address. They will change the online order to USPS to obtain the same delivery amount to adapt to these special circumstances.

Do they ship internationally?

• They are happy to accept international orders. They deliver goods for export every day of the week. They may need you to provide some additional information before shipping. Therefore, their same day delivery time does not apply to international orders. 

• If you are in a hurry, please indicate it on the order or contact them by phone or email. Local tariffs, taxes and brokerage fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. They cannot quote these. Due to contractual obligations, they may not be able to ship certain products to specific countries. Please contact them for details.

What is their return policy?

• They accept returns. The customer has the right to apply for return within 30 days after the delivery of the product.

• To qualify for return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your tax return, they need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please consult their customer service to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.

• Customized orders or personalized goods are not entitled to refund within 30 days.

• If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost should be determined according to the express company you choose.

• If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to their reasons, consumers do not need to bear the freight. No purchase fee will be charged to consumers when returning goods.
