When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipping within 1-2 business days out of the warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. There are currently no disruptions or delays at our warehouse.US customers: USPS is running smoothly and is not currently experiencing any issues. FedEx is not experiencing wide-scale delays, but delays are typically just for 1 day or so.

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday every week, excluding public holidays.

• Orders placed after 9:30am EST will ship the following business day. 

• Orders placed on Friday after 9:30am EST will ship on the following Monday, regardless of any expedited shipping options. 

• Delivery times via the default Standard Shipping option are typically between 2-4 days. 

• NON-US customers: USPS (with delivery confirmation) and FedEx. Delivery times for the default International Standard Shipping vary depending on your location and the speed of your local postal carrier once the package reaches your country. 
• Due to stringent COVID measures, slow customs processing, and a large increase in package volume. Orders can sometimes take longer than anticipated. In some cases, carriers are re-routing packages to find the most efficient route. 

How can I use the Warranty?

To get the ball rolling on your warranty claim, please email and provide the following information:

• Order number

• Email address and name used to place the order
• Product name and color, and the device you own
• Your current shipping address
• Photos of the issue with the date handwritten and visible in the photo
