What is their shipping policy?
All orders are shipped in polyethylene envelopes unless otherwise stated. Items may be shipped from any of their warehouses, including Utah, Ohio and/or directly from their manufacturers in China. They ship as soon as possible, but this doesn't always ship the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. Shortly after placing your order, you should receive an email confirming your order.
What is their return policy?
All product returns require approval from their customer service team within 30 days of receipt of the product. Upon receipt of a returned product, Babiesfirstbooks.com will refund the purchase amount (on the credit card used for the purchase) less (if applicable) any shipping and handling, insurance or embroidery fees, and a $2 restocking fee. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item (style or color), you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide photos of the defective and/or incorrect item. They will not replace products that are different from the ones originally ordered.
How do I request a gift card, promo code or gift certificate?
You must select a quantity before placing an item in the shopping bag.
You will then be directed to the shopping bag containing your line items.
Above the line item, you'll see the "Enter Discount Code/Gift Card" submission text box.
Please enter the gift card or gift certificate code you received. Be sure to click the Apply Code button. After you apply the code, you will see a change in the total to reflect the discount offered by the gift card/certificate.
