What is their refund policy?

If you decide after purchasing that you no longer need DNA or epigenetic products or their genome sequencing, please contact them immediately. If your purchase includes a Muhdo kit, you may request a refund for the Muhdo kit and any bundled DNA or epigenetic products within 30 days of purchase, as long as the Muhdo kit has not been used or registered. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from this refund. You can request a refund by calling Customer Service on +44 (0) 1473 232 428 or writing to info@muhdo.com and providing your order confirmation number. Once the Muhdo kit is registered, there will be no refunds for the purchase of the Muhdo kit and any bundled DNA or epigenetic products.

What is their replacement policy?

They must receive your saliva sample before your Muhdo Kit expiration date (12 months from the date of purchase) to ensure the quality and accuracy of your genetic information. Muhdo will not accept or process Muhdo DNA kits they receive after the expiration date of the kit. If your Muhdo DNA kit has expired, you can contact them by phone or email to request a replacement kit. If Muhdo receives your Muhdo kit after the kit expires, or if your Muhdo DNA kit is lost or damaged, please contact them by phone or email for assistance in replacing the kit.

Do they have promo codes?

Muhdo may from time to time offer discount codes, offer codes or other promotional codes to Qualified Customers through various marketing campaigns and communications. Only valid promo codes offered or promoted by Muhdo will be honored at checkout. Codes provided or promoted by third parties without authorization from Muhdo will be considered invalid. Offer codes may not be combined and customers can only use one offer code per order.
