Can you cancel your subscription?

• You can cancel a single subscription or all subscriptions. Please note that if you choose to do so, you can reactivate your subscription in the future. 

• Cancelling the subscription will stop all future shipments of the product, but will not cancel orders already shipped under the subscription.

• Log in to your account at 5starNutritionusa.com by selecting "Account" at the top of the home page.

• Click "Manage Subscriptions" and note that there are two "Manage Subscriptions" buttons (before or after June 24, 2019). Click Cancel next to the subscription you want to cancel.

Can you change the terms of payment?

To update payment methods for all subscriptions received, you can enter new card billing information and card details under Update Subscription Payment.

What is your refund policy?

• Upon receipt and approval of the return, the refund will be applied to the payment for the original product. Please allow 3-5 working days for your bank to process any refunds. Refunds will apply only to the price of the product and do not include any shipping charges for the original delivery.

• If the order you receive is damaged in transit, is not the product you ordered, or is missing, they will immediately send a replacement. In this case, you may be asked to provide further documentation before sending replacement pieces.

• Please note that refunds or replacements will only be available for unopened products purchased directly through the official 5-star nutrition website. Currently, they cannot accept returns purchased directly from our brick-and-mortar retail stores as well as other third-party retailers.
